They showed a brief clip of that Silverman guy on Bill O'Reilly, it was a different one than this, but here's a classic:

First of all let me say I do not support in the least billboards that condemn atheists in the manner this person mentions.

I live in the second largest city in America which also is one of the largest cities in the world.
I have not seen one anti atheist billboard - ever. Nor have I ever seen one on the west coast.
He said this country is filled with billboards attacking atheists.

Ive heard this type of melodrama from atheists before. His claim is no different.

I suspect those billboards are mostly concentrated in a few areas. Ive seen a few on google.
But all over the country?
He must not get out often.

i saw the intro video.
it looks like atheists starting their own church - The Church of Disbelief

Also, the narrator at the end says something about atheism being good for the soul.

First it was the hijacking of "spiritual"
Now its time to hijack the word "soul"

if you hijack back what was first hijacked from you would that be a re-hijacking? :-D

or perhaps someone should just liberate those words "spiritual" and "soul" so that anyone can use them?
