Who would like to lead this discussion?

It's easy to be a book discussion leader. All you do is put some effort into reading the book, which in this case is a collection of satirical stories, and try to keep the discussion going. You can reply to comments people make or ask questions. There really are no rules. Just try to keep people talking about the book. And you get a beautiful Discussion Leader badge on your profile during the course of the discussion period. :)

OMG I suggested this book based on the author being a writer for Stephen Colbert. I think I'll be able to meet the author this Tuesday 5/10 at a local Jewish Community Center. So I'll try to lead this discussion. Guess I better get busy 'twixt now and Tuesday!

Wow! My fingers are crossed for you. Meeting her would be pretty cool. You might want to see if she would be willing to do an email interview or live chat session. Actually, stick with the email interview seeing as we don't yet have our chat room back up and running. Want to see if you can ask her about this? No pressure. If it happens, great. If not, no biggie.

I'm still working with Ardhitya on getting multiple "special rank" images to show. That "Moderator" green image under your name is a special rank image. Right now we can only have 1 special rank displayed. On our previous forum we could have several stacked. Ardhitya is working on this so hopefully he can figure it out. But for now I can either display Moderator or Discussion Leader for you.

By the way I'm a big fan of Stephen Colbert. I watch him primarily on YouTube.

You're officially the discussion leader starting...now! :thanks2:
