I think we need to move in a different direction with our next non-fiction discussion, just to make things a little more exciting on the forums. So I searched for best sellers in non-fiction and found the following...

The Bomber Mafia: A Dream, a Temptation, and the Longest Night of the Second World War by Malcolm Gladwell.

This is a book that I would read, despite a book with no math. Something sciency and easy to digest. Unless you have already done this book.

How about this book made by yours truly,

It is a book about health and fitness

Discover the causes of your common health problems and learn the best ways to treat them. It is never too late to take care of your health. The sooner you start, the better the results. Even if you are free from medical problems now, there is no guarantee that will last unless you know what you are doing. What this book will offer is knowledge, all of what you need, in a condensed and concise form. And what I can promise you is a life free of health problems.

We don’t always appreciate the value of our health until we lose it. The best choices are often made by a well-informed person. Picking up this book is a choice you have to make. Reading it and implementing it are also two other, separate choices. Every step towards bettering your health counts. Again, I promise you health and freedom, a healthy life free from most medical problems. I can provide you with that, but it is ultimately your choice whether to reach out your hands and grab it, or continue life, hoping your health won’t deteriorate (spoiler alert, it WILL deteriorate).

You will not regret reading it, I promise!

KingDragon49, you don't mention your educational background or credentials here, on BookTalk.org, or on your Amazon book or profile page. Can you tell us who you are, and why you're a trustworthy source of information?

My apologies. I am still new here.

I am a medical doctor. It has always been my dream since childhood to become a doctor and treat the ill. I also like teaching people about health and the amazing human body. I believe that if we are well aware and full informed of the way our bodies work, we can solve most of our health issues. There is a difference between "disease" and "health condition." The former being an externally acquired health problem while the latter means something in your body is malfunctioning due to things you did or didn't. This book is my magnum opus of health education. It contains all there is to know about common health conditions and how to tackle them. We all have health conditions that we wish if they will disappear. Well, now we have the chance to understand them more.

That's all about the author and the book. Hope it will be worth your time. There is power and control in knowledge. Build your body the way you like before it's too late.

Why don't you include an MD, DO, PA, NP, or MA after your name?

Link us to where we can see Alhussain W. Alhasib listed as a medical doctor, please.
