Crystal Phoenix Hobbies

Hello Everyone,
My name is Joe, and I’m the founder and one of the authors for a group called Crystal Phoenix Hobbies. We’ve been around since late 2013, but haven’t had much success with getting our content promoted. So, I thought I’d branch out and start posting on forums to see if I could generate interest. Unlike most groups, nearly all of our stories are generated through gameplay. We gather asa group, play out a game of some kind, and then write about the adventures. There are, of course, exceptions, and we are even beginning to dabble in boardgane creation ourselves, but this was at least the premise that got us started.
Our first adventure, The Parahelix Complex, follows a group of unlikely friends, brought together by a sudden zombie apocalypse. The group must find a way to work together to reach safety, or perish in the endeavor.
Our second and third adventures center around Jake Malone, a private investigator in an alternative timeline where Workd War One never happened. Set as a science-fiction noir mystery series, Jake must first locate a mysterious religious object in The Case Files of Jake Malone, Case #023: The Missing Moonstone, and then rediscover his entire world when an accidental encounter with a real time machine turns his whole life upside down in The Case Files of Jake Malone, Case #036: Lost Time. In the end, we are currently planning on taking Jake through a nine-part series as he discovers both himself and the people that surround him.
