Post Onitsuka Chihiro - Innocence
Onitsuka Chihiro - Innocence

If this doesn't give you goose bumps you need to call 911. Even though I don't know what she is saying it is raw passion and this is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in my life. Of course this is live so it doesn't sound as precise as a recorded version, but check it out anyway...

I would be very grateful if someone could find the lyrics for me....in English. I have been searching for years.

Here is the song in a cleaner format. Close your eyes and listen to her voice. I am in awe. Keep listening....wait for the percussion.

I finally found the lyrics to this song in English!

Innocence - (INOSENSU)
Original Lyrics by Onitsuka Chihiro - E/t by CORE (ver.1.0)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your abusive languages are so clean
that my back freezes.
Though, in the swelled up room,
I get back my balance,
the smoke of your cigarette says
it's in vain.
The flower tattooed on your shoulder
looks forlorn.
It's because, though my skin coming off
am I desperately going to hide,
your frankness sees through all of me.

Tapping with my feet, but
I can't run away from the darkness,
so my emotion tastes bitter.
Though I am innocent,
you, you take away
even a small gap.

If you don't filled with something, say so.
If you say so, I will give you it.
Where are you looking at
without looking at my eyes ?
If you don't filled with something, demand it
saying you don't filled with it at all.
Then I will be rewarded,
I will be helped from the sea of you.
-

I have been tired
to put back the matters I had trampled.
Whenever, things are the same.
Whenever, there is me who is badly shabby.
It's because even your hands
doesn't the fence let me touch.

Saying it's an ended sight,
it's a stopped destination,
I will be able to throw off it with no matter.
That I am innocent,
how many times must you tell me
in order for your smiling to me ?

If you don't filled with something, say so.
If you say so, I will give you it.
I will understand
all of you beginning from your fingertips.
If you don't filled with something, demand it
saying you don't filled with it at all.
Then I will be rewarded,
I can stop even this storm.

If you don't filled with something, say so.
I will give you it.

If you don't filled with something, demand it.
Then I will be rewarded.

I think I liked it better when I didn't know the lyrics. LOL Rough translation I suppose.

A slightly more poetic translation.

Your abusive words
Are so beautiful, and my back freezes
In my room that has swelled up
I regain my balance, but
The smoke of that cigarette of yours
Tells me that it's useless

The flower tattooed onto
That shoulder of yours is sad
I'm hiding with desperation
My own skin, which will peel off, but
That manliness of yours
Sees through everything

My legs make noise, but
Unable to run from the darkness
My feelings are bitter
I'm innocent, but
You, you'll steal it away
Through even the smallest crack

If it's not enough, say it
I'll give it to you, so say it
Where are you looking?
You're not looking in my eyes
If it's not enough, demand it
Say that none of it's enough
Then I will be rewarded
I'll be helped from your ocean

I'm tired of putting back
The things you've trampled on
No matter when, it's the same
No matter when, I'll be here, dirtied cruelly
I won't let even your hands
Touch that fence

I say my field of vision ends
I say I'm at the destination
It would be nice if I could shake myself away
I'm innocent, but
How many times, if I persuade you to do so
Will you smile for me?

If it's not enough, say it
I'll give it to you, so say it
I'll understand
All of you, starting from your fingertips
If it's not enough, demand it
Say that none of it's enough
And then I will be rewarded
I'll be able to stop this storm

If it's not enough, say it
I'll give it to you, so...

If it's not enough, demand it
And then I will be rewarded
