The Girl On The Train by Paula Hawkins

Unread post

Just finished reading this book. I found it repetitive and drawn out, slow, as the main character, Rachel, stumbles around in a drunken stupor for 323 pages. The story could have been told with 100 pages less. The characters, neither the women nor the men, are likeable. I started skipping the drunken description paragraphs after 3/4 of the book.
I can't recommend this book...just my personal opinion, of course!

I saw the book cover and thought it was an interesting choice for it. I can't say I know what it is about but thanks for the input. It doesn't sound desirable.
