"Unbroken" movie

Unread post

Saw the movie "Unbroken". Acting was good, but unless you want to sit for 2+ hours watching extreme human suffering, man's cruelty to man, treatment of our POWs in Japanese prisoner of war camps, don't go see it. I would estimate that 65% of the movie consists of the suffering in the POW camps. Yes, the depiction of the courage of one man was remarkable, and a man's will to survive is relentless. However, it was awful...I came out of it with a depressed feeling...I honestly don't recommend it!
