Just to get an idea...Who is actually reading and/or planning to participate in this discussion?Mr. P. The one thing of which I am positive is that there is much of which to be negative - Mr. P.The pain in hell has two sides. I agree, Mr. P -- Diamond has a very clear, readable style. Not that I'm finding the time to read the last couple of days! Lori "All beings are the owners of their deeds, the heirs to their deeds."

I know...there are times when I can read for a few days, then I cannot manage to do it again for a week or so...I have not even been able to draw or paint recently, and I am in the middle of a painting I want to finish!ugh!Mr. P. I've just finished Guns, Germs and Steel, and I don't want to launch straight into Collapse just yet. It was quite a ground breaking book for me, and I am still recovering! But I definitely will start collapse - hopefully soon. Thankfully we have three months to read the books now. ___________________Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?-Douglas Adams, Last Chance To See
