Autistic's Guide to Stimming

Hello Everyone!
It's been a while since I've used blogs before this one is super cute and retro, too, haha! My name is Star (they/them), and I'm an autistic author. I've been starting to write self-help journals for autistic folx who don't have access to counselling or who weren't able to get counselling or occupational therapy as children due to late DX. I know a lot of us are just hanging on trying to figure things out on our own, and I wanted to reach a hand out to those in my community in need. I wanted to get that book out there for my community to see, and I was referred here by Google, so I thought I'd give it a shot! Thank you to anyone who read this!
