This book, written in a devotional style, offers advice for overcoming emotional pain and solving life issues, written by a former U.S. Army counselor providing individual, marital, family, drug and alcohol, and hospice counseling, as well as rape and crisis intervention, and also worked as a counselor in three Tennessee prisons, to include a mental health prison and Death Row.

The author overcame a childhood of extreme physical abuse and uses his experiences to teach others to overcome life issues.
