The title of this book is quite amusing as even the Apostle Thomas doubted Jesus, though in his case it was not the historicity of Jesus, no, Thomas doubted Jesus' resurrection, but only briefly.

Stahrwe, nice to hear from you. But what book? My Amazon search drew a blank. That whole 'upper room' scenario and the dialogue between the risen Christ and the disciples is allegory for the starry sky anyway.

Robert

I am not sure why the hyperlink to the article did not persist. I am fairly certain it was in my post but it is not there now. I edited my original post to include a link to the book on Amazon and I am repeating it below. I will try to find the Review I originally posted and link to it in another post.

Side question:
Are you familiar at all with P v. NP?

Here is the hyperlink which should have been in my original posting.

Christopher Hitchens and the Hound of Heaven
Quote from the article: "...one shouldn’t take biblical literacy for granted, even when it comes to one of the world’s great public intellectuals. Hitchens’s familiarity with the Bible was shockingly shallow. Rather than mock, berate, or shame, Taunton invited Hitchens to study the Bible with him."
Not only did Hitchens do so, he and Taunton took two road trips together.
