Here are some cool pictures of the Middle East in the 20's and 30's, including one of Churchill, Lawrence & Emir Abdullah.

That zeppelin in the first picture is surreal.

Though they refer to a later period, I found these photos more interesting than the ones included in the book. I like the one with Churchill and Emir Abdullah, and I find specially interesting too the contrast between the bedouin and jewish women.
