Recommending good books... It would take me weeks and reams of paper (figuratively speaking). However, here are a few I have read in the last year I would recommend.

"All the Light We Cannot See" by Anthony Doerr (possibly the best book I have read in the last year).

"The Wright Brothers" (Biography) by David McCullough\\

"Existence" By David Brin

"Warriors of the Storm" by Bernard Cornwell (Latest in his Empty Throne/Saxon Chroncles series)

Alexander Hamiltor (biography) by Ron Chernow (I am currently reading this one)

Well "Rise of the colossal" was a good thriller and very in detail and stayed on the main topic which was a secretive organisation trying to solve the DNA that killed people. In the book the main character was the boss and there was a good twist @ the end of the book

"The Black sheep" was very boring and I was wondering if it would ever end.

"The private Olympic Games" Very interesting ,I am currently reading it and Im half way threw it and found it very good.

I don't have a favourite book..
