Hey! Cool! My partner Ted was born in Wollongong -- his dad worked at the steel plant, and his godfather teaches at the university. (He's in Canada now...as am I, obviously!) Lori "All beings are the owners of their deeds, the heirs to their deeds."

Welcome! I hope that you enjoy booktalk. I am glad that you have jumped right into the discussions. I usually ask people their real names in chat. However, I have to ask you about your user name... Is there anything else I can refer to you by? LOL My name is Tara.

Hey Rob! I have heard of Monster Magnet, though I cannot think of a particular song I know by them. I also don't know of that song by the Knack! I will definitely find it. I am actually named after the plantation in Gone With the Wind. It sounds like we have at least two things in common! I am a bookworm and very into music. I am into mostly rock and metal. I love going to concerts and have seen Metallica, Kiss, Pantera, Ozzy, Megadeth, Slayer, Iron Maiden, and many others. I mostly read about science, though I do enjoy some fiction as well. What do you like to read?
