Can this forum be used to improve writing?

If I post any form of writing, say an essay or an article or some literary work (of course in readable number of words, not exceeding 1000 words in any case), will it be analysed by matured/knowledgeable users here? I mean the forum's principal aim is to discuss about books, but can it be didactic too?
