Looking for a book!

Unread post

Hello everybody it is my first post here. I didn't know where should i start this topic but recently i read Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird" and im in love with it. Since then i wanted to read many more books specifically about racism in the US. I mean like the historical context of it. How, when it began and so on. Maybe you can help me and recommend me some astonishing books about this dark times. Thank you!

That book was a Pulitzer Prize winner and hard to emulate.

I can't recommend a book on racism, but can I humbly invite you to consider my own book?

I wrote a short review of it here:
