Wow!

Unread post

I am a newbie to Book Talk, and have basically just been surfing the various discussion topics. I think this place is fantastic in that nothing seems to be off limits, and all opinions are permitted to be expressed, whehter popular or not. I got kicked off another web site (which shall be nameless) for daring to have an independent opinion. So I am glad to be here, and hope my involvement is a long and happy one.

I have some things I want to discuss, and will do so as I become more comfortable with the format, etc.

Thanks to Chris and all for this place.

Are you pushing your own short comings on us and safely hating them from a distance?

Is this the virtue of faith? To never change your mind: especially when you should?

Young Earth Creationists take offense at the idea that we have a common heritage with other animals. Why is being the descendant of a mud golem any better?
