Would you say the same for the lazy intelligent boss who deftly manipulates employees into assuming a part of his workload?Son: "I've been doing some research lately and it seems that this isn't really employee manipulations."If you're willing to throw out the terminology, feel free. What would you call it? On the other hand, all we've talked about has been employee manipulations. If you meant to present a different concept from the beginning, I'd say the thought was half formed.
