Quote:Chris: What if we all just create a new thread whenever we want to comment about something we've read? We could make a rule that every thread must be the name of an article, if it is about one of the articles. And everyone must first check to make sure that a thread doesn't already exist for a particular article before making a new one.I think Chris is onto something when suggesting people create threads wherever they think it appropriate to the text. Chomsky's Interventions covers many issues and adresses those same issues in multiple essays. This may lend to a criticism of the book in that it can get repetitive; and it can also support his general thesis that US power in the international arena repeats itself over time and across different settings.
