Chris, you were asking somebody to moderate this one? I'll take on that task, if you like.

I would merely suggest that people try to read this book - if not, just follow on with the threads - I'm quoting statements made by the author and discussing them as I see them, so my comments would be easy to follow in each chapter.

Do you want me to put up 'schedule' of some kind? Or is it ok to just carry on with the reading and comments at our own pace.

I think the book's on for two months here, so I don't think we need to rush through it.
