Sounds like limited opportunities for clear thinking. :(

The spa should be nice.

I've just been hearing from European friends how beautiful Ireland is. Do you get a chance to enjoy the scenery sometimes?

Getting a Body Mass Index down below 25 is important. The optimal BMI for longevity is about 22, and then average lifespan decreases as BMI increases.

For several years I have practiced intermittent fasting, not eating for about 16 hours per day from 8pm to 12 noon most days. I cut my weight to 73 kg (160 lb, BMI 25.2) in April, but then bounced back up again to 78 kg. So I decided to try longer fasts, and have been doing 40 hour fasts once a week, from 8pm Wednesday to noon on Friday. It is an interesting feeling, going through hunger pangs after about 20 hours, but then the second half of the fast is much easier.
