Hey there. Came across this old thread and just couldn't help not sharing my 2 cents about it! In short, this book is awesome and worth reading. I don't know a single PM who has not read it yet. I wish he had released a book about CRM systems and how to choose them. Btw, what CRM do you use, guys?

Hello there! Just wanted to hop in and say that I totally agree with you about The SEWA Project Management Model - it's a must-read for anyone in the PM game. Btw, speaking of CRMs, have you checked out cloud-based crm software Planfix? It's really user-friendly. It took us less than three days to understand how it works. We've been using it for more than a year. Initially, we had Trello, but we quickly replaced it with Planfix. It just has more functions and features. Btw, what CRM do you use to manage your team tasks and goals?
