I looked at QAnon early on thinking it might be an interesting hoax to follow and see how it develops. That idea quickly evaporated since when scratching below the surface, one finds Nazi sliminess that I didn't want to deal with routinely. They describe anyone with different views in absolutely horrific terms, not suitable to quote here.
One interesting aspect of QAnon is how they deal with numerous failed predictions. One of the big predictions was the arrest of something like 25K+ high level politicians and bureaucrats (including Hillary of course) for housing at Guantanamo and similar facilities. This was supposed to happen end of 2017 / early 2018 IIRC and would cause massive civil unrest. The longer this did not happen, the faith of a few weakened, but obviously not all.
