The subtitle "New Passages Say He Fed The 5000 By Robbing A Nearby Village" illustrates the satire, but this association between socialism and theft is also itself satirical towards socialists. The relation between Christianity and socialism is however an interesting question, for example with the major debates on liberation theology. My favourite chapter in the Bible is Matthew 25, which includes both the communist philosophy of the Last Judgement (feed the hungry to be saved) and the fascist philosophy of the parable of the talents (the talentless will lose everything). Reconciling these extreme opposites illustrates the brilliant scope of Christianity.

The fake article was pretty funny, so ant's advice to lighten up may be on target. I think I'm on edge lately...
