 I'm loving Breaking Bad!
I'm clearly a bit late to this series but I am really loving Breaking Bad. The first handful of episodes of Season 1 are a bit depressing and slow so years ago when I started the series I quickly became bored and quit watching.

But recently (last week) I caved in to the pressure from my friends to give the series a new chance and I'm glad I did. It seems right around the middle of Season 1 things get exciting and I'm pretty hooked now. I'll probably binge watch a bunch of episodes tonight.

Is anyone else a fan of Breaking Bad?

I'm glad you like it. I enjoyed watching that series as well.

It was hard to take your eyes off it. So compelling the complex relationship between the two main meth cookers.

I've heard so much about this series but can't get myself to give it a chance

It's intense, and violent. It does have a moral center, though, for me. I wasn't a finisher of The Sopranos, and one reason might have been its amorality.

I literally fall in love with Breaking Bad. I spent a few weekends watching all the episodes back to back.

Would you be able to contribute more to help it rerun properly?

Watching for the third time is definitely a luxury. I also watched Better Call Saul. But it's not as good as Breaking bad. I am now on after completion depression mode. Any series suggestion to cheer me up?

Post Re: I'm loving Breaking Bad!
I'm watching the new season of The Walking Dead seriously hoping the show will change course and take on a positive tone. I doubt that will ever happen but that's my dream. I want them to find a massive group of civilized people or even better cure this zombie disease. But from what I have heard that just isn't how the comic books were written so it will probably never happen. Then again Game of Thrones didn't exactly follow the books so maybe TWD will surprise me.

Yes, El Camino starts in theaters tomorrow but I'm not seeing it at my local theaters. Maybe it starts in select cities first.
