Hey everyone, My name is Ben. I'm the Author of a new book that is on preorder on amazon called Bliss. It's a drug fiction novel. I was curious I've never really got into the marketing and promotion of books, what would be the best way to help promote my novel without breaking my bank? I've already opened up a email and google plus account only for the book, I'm working on a youtube channel and facebook account as well. Any suggestions would be great!
Thank you
Ben

Re: New Author here
Hello Ben,
I've written 3 books and I have the same challenge. I recently read a free ebook from author, A.D. Winch that has a bunch of websites you can submit your book. Here's the link if you're interested: http://www.winchad.com/blog/top-100-web ... -promotion
Good Luck!

Re: New Author here
Marketing is the hardest part of all! Make sure you have an author page on Amazon and Smashwords. Other authors will often give you a guest post on their website. Local bookshops might host you for a book signing and don't forget your local library - a lot of authors give talks. Good luck!

Re: New Author here
All of these posts were super helpful! I'm a new author myself and have been researching the marketing part. I'll definitely look at all these links.

I just published my first children's book with a STEM theme. Was scratching my head on what next. This post was definitely helpful. Thank you to every one for the suggestions!
