Review and commentary of BEYOND THIS HORIZON by Ward Kendall
This is a review and commentary of the book Beyond This Horizon by Ward Kendall published in 2016 by Alternate Future Publishing. The book’s byline states: “A White Nationalist Blueprint for Tomorrow.” Kendall was born in Texas in 1954 but lives in Southern California. He is the author of several novels, his most successful being Hold Back This Day. I have never read any other book by Kendall. Fiction isn’t my bag. These novels all seem to be centered around the future United States when the nation’s white people are facing extinction. Sorry, but I’ve already read The Turner Diaries and that’s enough racialist fiction for me. Beyond This Horizon is not a novel, however, but a treatise of sorts. Kendall is a white supremacist (although he probably prefers the term white nationalist) and states he became one the first time he saw a black man.
I have been trying for some weeks to get this commentary published on the Stormfront forum where it would do the most good but they have thus far refused. My normal abrasive manner of dealing with those I see as twits I have to hold in check so they won't ban me outright as I state my case to them as forcefully as I can. But they are not budging as of now. So I will put it here. Hopefully I will be doing more than preaching to the choir. It was, in fact, a Stormfront member who recommended this book to me thinking that I am an "alt right" adherent. I didn't deceive anyone, he just assumed it for some reason. I ordered it off Amazon. While I find Kendall's ideas unworkable, that won't stop white nationalists and the hardcore racists from attempting to accomplish his goals as set down in this book. The white nationalists see this time under the Trump regime as their time. Never in the history of this country have organized racists had the opportunity to be so vocal, to grab at the reins of real political power. So they see this golden opportunity as a time to mobilize and to organize. If the average American does not understand what they are dealing with, this absurd idea of the future might get off the ground. It won't work, of course, but how much damage will be done before this is realized? Not so long ago, the idea that Donald Trump would be elected President of the United States was seen as too absurd to seriously entertain and dismissed as a joke. As of late, I'm not laughing.
Beyond This Horizon is not a very long book, 277 pages of large print. I found the writing style to be clear and articulate but not particularly scholarly. Whether this is because Kendall lacks the proper education (I do not know what his educational background is but judging from the occupations he has held it is probably not very extensive) or because he is reaching out to a certain demographic is up-in-the-air. Perhaps a bit of both.
This is a book written for the average white American whose background is likely similar to Kendall’s own. This book is for the white American whose own racial feelings fall towards being somewhat critical and suspicious of non-white people, the white American who looks with contempt upon the ideal of multiculturalism or the Melting Pot, the white American who would not intermarry with non-whites and would not want anyone in his family to do so although he would not become violent or openly antagonistic should this be the case. He would accept it grudgingly and prefer to keep his own contact with non-white people to a minimum. He automatically takes the side of the police whenever one stands accused of brutalizing or murdering a black person because he is an unconscious authoritarian. This book is for the white American who is still relatively young—high school or college age—who feels that the state and federal governments are actively engaged in destroying his future in order to give handouts to non-whites (blacks, in particular). He despises immigrants—especially those with Spanish names—and sees them as competition. He also feels somewhat resentful towards females because they too want more which always seems to mean less for him. He sees them as fickle but he often blames this on feminism. This white American is not particularly religious but leans towards being Christian. He has no interest in becoming a blathering evangelical even if he agrees with a lot of their views. This American feels lost and put upon. He knows the world is changing and that every time it does, he gets kicked in the testicles. He feels taken advantage of. He feels left out of the American dream and the national conversation. He feels like a victim.
But this white American is mainly impressionable and a book as Beyond This Horizon was written to speak to him in a language and at an education level he can understand. As such, it could indeed be an effective indoctrination tool for younger, disillusioned whites who feel disenfranchised by an unjust legal/political/social/moral system in the rigid grip of someone who wants to subjugate and control him but he is not likely to pin this on Jews as this smacks too much of Nazism which makes him uncomfortable. He cares about his own interests and, by extension, those he sees as his people but he is not a virulent racist. He is not Dylan Roof nor does he agree with what Roof did but can sort of understand why he did it. He would never join a neo-Nazi organization or the Klan. To him, Hitler was a crazy German guy who did bad things. Maybe some of Hitler’s ideas were good but he just took things too far. And wearing sheets is for redneck, tobacco-spitting hicks.
No, to this white American, the enemy is not the Jew but rather those the Washington Times refers to as the “Washington elites who have little to fear from public opinion.” Their motive is simply profit and their foot soldiers are the Washington politicians on both the left and the right within the Beltway of the federal government. He likely supported Donald Trump for president for this reason. Hillary Clinton is a hand puppet of these elites (and a woman/feminist) while Trump was an outsider unbetrothed to and unspoiled by the corrupting touch of the elites and, best of all, a white man shamelessly proud and arrogant of his gender and race and unhesitant about telling the liberals where to stick it. But Trump does not only symbolize this white American, he symbolizes hope—that this white American and his kind will not perish and be forgotten in this terribly uncertain future that seems to have no place for him. This white American is what the more hardcore members of his race might term as being 25% to 35% “woke.” Beyond This Horizon hopes to be the coffee that fully snaps him out of his lethargy and energizes him to actively start to build that Alternative Future—to give him a firm grasp of the issues at hand and all that they entail, to install the ideology of White Nationalism in his head in clear, concrete terms, to show him the work that lies before him that must be done first in order to take this Alternate Future from frilly pipe dream to cold, hard reality.
I will post this review in installments. Too much at once is simply…well…too much at once. This will give us a chance to pause, catch our breath and take in the scenery, so to speak. Don’t feel afraid to post if you have questions or take issue with anything. I intend for this thread to be fully participatory.

Kendall lays down what he calls eight foundations for American White Nationalism: the first is defining what WN means, the second is defining what being white means, the third foundation is defining a WN economy, the fourth is defining the logistics of relocating non-whites, the fifth is defining a WN government, the sixth is defining the rights and duties of a WN citizen, the seventh is defining WN foreign policy and the eighth and final foundation is defining the goals of the WN civilization.
The first foundation—the defining of what WN means has a lot of truth to it concerning why it has been such a non-starter. Kendall lays much of the blame on neo-Nazism. Much of the WN movement in the U.S. was jump-started by George Lincoln Rockwell, a former Naval officer and aviator, who founded the World Union of Free Enterprise National Socialists (WUFENS) in 1959 in Arlington, Virginia and which became the American Nazi Party (ANP) in 1960 and which later became the National Socialist White People’s Party (NSWPP) in 1967, the year Rockwell was assassinated by a former follower.
Thanks to Rockwell’s efforts, WN emerged in America framed as an outgrowth of the German National Socialists and the Third Reich. Rockwell borrowed their emblems (most notably the swastika), flags and uniforms. He also decried communism and engaged in Holocaust denial (yet also supported it). From that point on, Americans naturally saw WN as essentially neo-Nazism. Kendall makes clear that WN was doomed from the start by embracing Nazism and the Third Reich. Hitler’s Germany was our chief enemy in World War II. Many Americans died fighting against Hitler whom most Americans viewed as a madman and mass murderer of maniacal proportions. Kendall feels that marching around in stormtrooper browns with swastika armbands and throwing Nazi salutes would only anger most white Americans and cause them to reject WN. I believe he is right on that.
Kendall decries internet sites as Stormfront and its owner, Don Black, for being the most salient proponent of WN online today and yet carelessly pushing the Third Reich agenda. He criticizes David Duke and Paul Fromm for the same reason and both are contributors to Stormfront. Duke and Black did, at one time, operate their own Ku Klux Klan organization in the seventies (Rockwell also dabbled in the KKK attending the lectures of Klan preacher Gerald L. K. Smith). Duke, aware of the redneck hick aspect of the Klan, attempted to update it by removing the campy mysticism of such offices with titles as Grand Dragon and Imperial Wizard and instead called himself National Director. No more secret passwords and handshakes. He also did away with the white robes. Needless to say, the Duke-Black Klan fell apart pretty quickly when a former-member named Bill Wilkinson started a rival Klan with the mysticism reinstated full force. Most of Wilkinson’s membership were, in fact, defectors from the Duke-Black Klan. To Kendall, KKK trappings within the WN movement only serve to turn people off.
In short, Kendall decries what he calls “big tent” WN where white supremacist groups of all shades are given voice whether they be Nazi, KKK, Posse Comitatus, Identity Christianity, Creativity, skinheads, National Alliance, hardcore Southern Confederate groups, Aryan Nations and other survivalist offshoots, anarchists or free market capitalists (Kendall includes this last although free market capitalism is not WN of itself although it may be embraced by proponents of WN) whether out of a sense of white power camaraderie or a sense of noblesse oblige. Kendall asserts that this big tent approach is damaging WN and perhaps beyond repair. So, we can see that this book is a blueprint not only of WN in general but of the so-called “alt right” in particular. Basically, Kendall is saying that WN is not merely a conglomeration of different white power organizations operating under one umbrella but is a distinct and separate ideology from any of these others.
Kendall believes part of the problem has been egotistical leadership within the various WN groups. Many of these groups are simply the lengthened shadow of its leader who functions something like a puppet master and when he is gone, the organization itself loses its steam. Kendall specifically mentions William Pierce, author of The Turner Diaries, as an example. After his death in 2002, there was no one else to move into the leadership position in the National Alliance, which Pierce founded, and it ceased to be much of a force in WN. He accuses WN leaders as Black, Duke, Fromm, Sumic and others of getting perilously older without having really engaged their “rank and file” in any meaningful way because they are too enamored with themselves and hence their eventual deaths will simply leave holes and vacuums with an ensuing mad scramble of assorted wannabes and screwballs trying to fill them.
Kendall feels that for a successful WN movement to get off the ground (where it has lain buried for so long) it must conjure in the minds of white Americans good things, pleasant things, things they can relate to—family, home, leisure outings, what Kendall calls “time-honored images of the American heartland.” These are the things that will promote a sense of unity and pride in white Americans far better than a bunch of skinhead thugs slamming in a mosh pit and stomping all over anyone who gets in their way or images of emaciated corpses being thrown into mass burial pits. Kendall states that “the Neo-Nazis and the Ku Klux Klan have repeatedly turned the WN cause upside down, making it into an endless and unpleasant history lesson, rather than an uplifting and modern political affirmation of white interests.”
Instead of drawing attention to “the scourge of Third World invasion,” says Kendall, “the costumed reenactors” keep instead thrusting in images of jackbooted Germans killing American soldiers and or “Confederate rebels slaughtering Yankee troops.” I don’t, however, think the latter is what bothers most whites about KKK imagery in WN and I suspect Kendall actually knows this. They hate it because it forces them to imagine chuckling hicks staring up into trees at handcuffed black men hanging by their necks. But I get his point. Therefore Kendall states that if WN is to survive, all the trappings of Nazism and Confederate rebellion must go. There should be no references whatsoever to Hitler, no uttering of 88, no swastika flags, no death’s heads, no SS runes, no white robes, no Confederate battle flags, no praising Samuel Holloway Bowers, nothing. Perhaps the 14 Words might still be acceptable since they express the very mission of WN as Kendall sees it but perhaps not since they have been so thoroughly linked to 88.
Another thing that Kendall says must go—and this is a biggie in the larger movement—is the glorification or denial of the Holocaust. Don’t even bring it up. In fact, just forget about Jew hatred altogether because it only generates sympathy for the Jews and does nothing but demonize the WN movement. And when these groups extend the Holocaust idea to today’s Jews, well, most white Americans are repulsed and many more turn away in ridicule. Who wants to put up concentration camps and start that mess up all over again?
Kendall further asks how do they plan to round up the Jews? Where will they put them? How will they exterminate them? The problem the Nazis encountered was that while they could kill hundreds of Jews in gas chambers within a half an hour, they couldn’t dispose of the bodies in anything less than several hours each. There are 5.4 million Jews in the United States—about as many that went to the gas chambers in Europe—and there is no way to get rid of that many bodies quickly. Killing a thousand people at once is the worst thing a mass murderer can do if he can’t get rid of the all the rotting corpses. The Nazis first tried to bury them in mass graves but that took much needed space and polluted the ground and infected the water table so they decided to burn them up but this takes hours of constant and very high heat and even then the body is not completely destroyed. In addition, the chimneys of the crematories spewed ashes of the dead for miles and miles around. Germans were literally eating, drinking and breathing the ashes of dead concentration camp victims. In short, it is very expensive and messy to round up, imprison and destroy millions of people.
Moreover, Kendall believes that most neo-Nazis in the U.S. use Jew extermination as an excuse to do nothing. He states that many of these people say that until every last Jew is snuffed out, they cannot begin to realize their dream of utopia. “This effectively relieves the Jew Exterminationist of actually having to do anything productive until the mass extermination is complete, of which they invariably have no idea how to achieve…” He accuses such people as Alex Linder of having “tainted the larger body of White Nationalism, both in the eyes of the mainstream media and in the minds of the average white American, who generally view them as psychopaths.”
If these other white power groups cannot bear to part with the Hitlerian regalia and the Confederate battle flags, says Kendall, then they and true WN (apparently the alt right) must go their separate ways. While Kendall makes a plea for what seems to be a more humane form of WN, there is a noticeable lack of humanity in his words. He never says, for example, that the slaughter of millions of Jews was barbaric or that even if some Jews could be proven to be involved in some kind of anti-white conspiracy, the vast majority of Jews are nevertheless innocent people and should be left alone but simply says that the WN should lay off them because trying to kill them is impractical and it would make them look bad to bring it up. Nowhere does he give any impression of where he personally stands concerning the Jews. He comes across as not really liking Jews much but they are here and we may as well accept it but it would sure make things a whole lot easier if they weren’t here.
The next foundation concerns defining who is white. Kendall’s rather superficial take on this issue is: “Any North American (and greater Anglosphere) individual whose root ancestry is originally of European stock is qualified to be considered white, as commonly defined by that term in Western society.” This includes those white peoples found outside Europe and Russia due to “ancient migrations” although I am not exactly clear on what people he may be referring to. Kendall goes on to include as white those people who “may have traces of non-European ancestry.” In other words, there is no such thing as racial purity and he is not going to uphold the one-drop rule. The one-drop rule was popular in the American South where a seemingly white person would be considered to be black if he or she had even one drop of provably “black” blood from a grandparent or a great-grandparent or a great-great-grandparent. Kendall apparently knows that such a rigid system will only result in a great many white people desperately hiding their family trees and people being ruined by a simple accusation of having such an ancestor. If a person looks white then he or she is white.
But as I said, this is very superficial reasoning and is doomed to fall into insurmountable problems. Kendall doesn’t raise the issue of one’s immediate ancestry. Suppose an American is born of a union of, say, an Irish parent and a Japanese parent but the child of this union has no apparent Japanese features. Is this person white? By Kendall’s criteria, the answer would be yes since the child was born in North America and has a root ancestry from Europe. But suppose another child born under identical circumstances looks more Japanese. Is this person white? No, because he or she doesn’t look white. What about a person who is three-quarters white that doesn’t look to be fully white but her siblings do? Do we consider her non-white and her siblings white? Then there is the mixed individual whom some whites think looks white but other whites do not agree. Is this person white? Kendall makes no attempt to address such issues and yet they are important ones that need to be settled if they were to found a white nation on such criteria otherwise families will be ripped apart which undermines the state. Trying to make such distinctions invariably gives rise to committees that must vote on which individuals are white and which are not and then one ends up with a Nazi-like bureaucracy.
Kendall tries to smooth it over by stating: “If…a stray individual of questionable racial pedigree should, on rare occasion, make it into our racial family, it is no more significance to our overall racial health than when the vast waters of the Atlantic merge and blend along the outer edges of the mighty Pacific: in neither case will such superficial contact significantly effect [sic] the greater body of the entity it touches, and that is all that matters.”
The problem with Kendall’s reasoning here is obvious: How much is too much? What if you have 20 million people of “questionable racial pedigree” claiming white status in your new all-white society of, at best, a hundred million people? Is that too large a percentage? Where is the cut-off point? What are the quotas? Who decides who is white and who is not? What happens to those not deemed white enough? Kendall’s criteria raise more questions than they ever attempted to answer.
Kendall sums it by quoting the late David Lane thusly: “If a person looks White, acts White, fights White, then until their actions prove otherwise, they are our Folk.”
Of course without defining how one acts white or fights white, it’s difficult to imagine what Lane meant. For example, there are plenty of white kids who listen to rap while a great many Asian kids play classical music. Which are acting white? If we say the Asian kids are acting more white, does that make the Asian kids white and the white kids non-white? As for fighting white, who knows what that means—boxing with Marquess of Queensbury rules instead of karate? I suppose the answer I’d most likely receive would be “It means to fight for your race!” How? That’s just a platitude. Same with acting white if I should get the response, “It means don’t do anything to disgrace the white race.” Such as what? Acts as robbing, raping or murdering don’t disgrace one’s race but only the person who committed those crimes. If a white person hurts or kills a non-white person out of racial pride, is that fighting white? Isn’t that the kind of behavior Kendall said turns white people away from WN? So what does it mean? It doesn’t mean anything. David Lane’s brains were addled by all those years he spent in prison where he eventually died and deservedly so.
Bottom line—when a person is considered white, it is because he looks white—period. It’s the only thing that makes any sense. It has nothing to do with actions or morals and it certainly has nothing to do with one’s fighting style. These are beside the point. One can be a paragon of virtue but that doesn’t make one white unless one looks white. That is the sole determinant. The WN movement is, when all is said and done, nothing more than a movement hung up on appearances. Nothing else matters.

This leads us to Kendall’s own question: Why is Whiteness Important? He writes: “Whiteness is simply the easiest and swiftest way that nature has provided us, as a means to identify people like ourselves…” He goes on to explain a lot of malarkey about shared morals and literature and so on. For example, he writes: “A white skin…tells the observer that ‘packaged’ within one’s body is the same racial DNA that produced Shakespeare, Goethe, Newton, and Galileo.” This is the thing about racism that I find tiresome--that somehow the achievements of one white person automatically becomes the achievement of all white people. If we can do that then there is no reason such achievements cannot be shared by the entire human race.
Then, there is no such thing as “racial DNA.” Nothing—and I mean nothing—in our DNA specifies us as Caucasoid, Negroid or Mongoloid. There is not a single gene found in one human being that is not found in human beings all across this so-called racial spectrum. You may have blues eyes and blonde hair and I don’t but I have the same gene responsible for blue eyes in me as well as the gene responsible for blonde hair. You could say, they are there but switched off. Likewise the genes responsible for black hair and brown eyes are present in you but due to mutation have produced a variant that causes a different color. We call these variant genes alleles which are genes with two variations: dominant and recessive. The alleles that are responsible for blue eyes and blonde hair are recessive (what I meant by switched off) in me but the ones responsible for brown eyes and black hair are dominant. Why are some alleles dominant in some people and recessive in others? Because our ancestors came from different geographical areas with different climates and other conditions. Hot, tropical regions tend make the allele responsible for dark skin dominant because dark skin fares better in such a climate. Colder, darker regions tend to make the allele for lighter skin dominant because it fares better in such a climate. In other words, these alleles were determined by natural selection.
So the sum total of all your alleles, i.e. inherited genetic variations, is your genotype. They make you an individual (unless you have an identical twin). Which alleles are dominant and which are recessive as well as some of your learned behaviors determine your phenotype. For example, a person may have alleles for red hair and brown hair but the latter is recessive and the former dominant. This person may have alleles for green eyes and brown eyes but the latter is recessive and the former is dominant. This person may have alleles for dark skin and fair skin with freckles but the latter is dominant. Then those dominant genes determine which traits will manifest themselves—in this case, red hair, green eyes and freckles—and that is that person’s phenotype. In short, your genotype makes you what you are while your phenotype makes you who you are. Another way to look at it is that your genotype is a palette of alleles that are used to paint a portrait with one of a few specific colors combinations and techniques which would be the phenotype except that the palette has colors and pigments on it that will not be used but were simply inherited. All human beings have nearly identical palettes of colors and pigments but the portraits painted from the palettes are only one of a few sets of color combinations and techniques. This is where the concept of race comes from.
The human race is, in fact, incredibly homogenous genetically speaking, at least 99.5%—far more so than our nearest primate relative, the chimpanzee. This is because of the fact that we are a comparatively new species on the planet. Racist ideologues still like to trot out the concept of race found in the 19th century version of Meyers Konversations-Lexikon, 4th edition where Caucasoids are characterized by high, narrow noses and Negroids by protruding jaws and long skulls and Mongoloids by wide faces with high cheekbones. These are useless classifications because all three of these groups will each run the gamut of these same features. This is aside from the fact that no two people will even agree what constitutes a high, narrow nose or a long skull or high cheekbones.
Race is a social construct—a heresy among the racist ideologues. This can be proven simply noting that we use terms as “black” and “white” to describe race. How many people do you know who are truly and literally white? None. Even albinos have some amount of pigmentation because we are all have melanin glands which produce pigment. Likewise, have you ever seen someone who is literally black? No. Very dark-brown perhaps but not literally black. But we use these inaccurate and polarizing terms to describe the Caucasoid and Negroid peoples. These very people use them to describe themselves and each other.
So why are so-called white people white? The racial ideologues obviously believe it is some sort of marking off from other races. That they are God’s Chosen (Identity Christianity). Kendall refers to it color-coding so we can tell the races apart and mark ourselves off because we weren’t meant to mix. I have read about people believing, for example, that the white race is directly descended from angels in heaven or that it is descended from a race of advanced extra-terrestrials. Back in the 1950s during the flying saucer contactee craze, the “Venusians” were always said to be blonde-haired and blue-eyed (i.e. the Aryan god-men of ancient Indian literature flying around in their vimana). A white supremacist named William Dudley Pelley firmly believed that the white race was descended from an extra-terrestrial race that may have been synonymous with angels and preached this line to the membership of his Brown Shirt-like organization generally known as the Silver Shirts (officially called the Silver Legion of America) in the 1930s which contained such racial ideologues as Gerald L.K. Smith (Klan preacher and early founder of Identity Christianity), Wesley Swift (Smith’s protégé and founder of the Identity-based Church of Jesus Christ-Christian), Henry Lamont Beach (founder of the Posse Comitatus) and Richard Girnt Butler (founder of the Aryan Nations and former member of Swift’s church). In other cases, the extra-terrestrials were at least some form of Caucasian and friendly if not beatific. When the MIB or Men-In-Black ETs gained ascendancy in the 1960s to become a permanent part of UFO lore, they were short, dark, “Oriental” in appearance and just happened to resemble the very people the U.S. was fighting half a world away in Southeast Asia. Predictably, the MIB were always sinister, malevolent, creepy and evil. White aliens good; dark aliens bad. White comes from god and dark/black comes from Satan (known in puritanical New England as “the Black Man”).
Consider the following passage from The Turner Diaries by William Pierce (under the pen name of Andrew Macdonald) when the novel’s protagonist, Earl Turner, learns the truth about the origins of the white race:
I had barely sat down when a girl brought me a plate of sandwiches and a mug of hot coffee. I thanked the girl, and, as I was hungry, I began sipping the coffee and munching a sandwich while I casually read the first page of the material in the binder.
When I finished the last page some four hours later I noticed that the sandwiches—including an uneaten portion of the one I had started—were still on the plate. The mug was nearly full of thoroughly cold coffee. It was as if I had just returned to earth—to the room—after a thousand-year voyage through space.
What I had read—it amounted to a book of about 400 typed pages—had lifted me out of this world, out of my day-to-day existence as an underground fighter for the Organization, and it had taken me to the top of a high mountain from which I could see the whole world, with all its nations and tribes and races, spread out before me. And I could see the ages spread out before me too, from the steaming, primordial swamps of a hundred million years ago to the unlimited possibilities which the centuries and the millennia ahead hold for us.
The book placed our present struggle—the Organization and its goals and what is at stake—in a much larger context than I have ever really considered before. That is, I had thought about many of the things in the book before, but I had never put them all together into a single, coherent pattern. I had never seen the whole picture so clearly.
(Note to the reader: It is obvious that Turner is referring to the Book. We know from other evidence that it was written approximately ten years before the Record of Martyrs, in which it is mentioned—i.e., probably sometime in 9 BNE, or 1990 according to the old chronology. Turner mentions “typed pages,” but it is not clear whether he means reproductions of typewritten pages or the originals themselves. If the latter is the case, then we may have here the only extant reference to the original copy of the Book! Several reproductions of the original typescript in binders fitting Turner’s description have survived and are preserved in the Archives, but archeologists still have found no trace of the original.)
For the first time I understand the deepest meaning of what we are doing. I understand now why we cannot fail, no matter what we must do to win and no matter how many of us must perish in doing it. Everything that has been and everything that is yet to be depend on us. We are truly the instruments of God in the fulfillment of His Grand Design. These may seem like strange words to be coming from me, who has never been religious, but they are utterly sincere words.
So Pierce and devotees of the novel likely believe that somehow the white race has some kind of divine origin from a very ancient time and are white specifically because of that. The other races are darker because they have a wholly separate and non-divine origin. The white race comes from the sky—the place of pure celestial light and will someday return there—while the other races come from the dust of the earth and are hence the “mud people” and to the mud they shall return. Kendall seems to believe something along these lines when he states: “…[L]et us unite in the goal of improving the white race through genetics and science, to further refine what we are, both physically and mentally, so that we may one day become greater still, until our destiny is without limit, and the Stars above lie truly within our grasp.”
Kendall stated that WN should rely on science and genetics and I agree so let’s look at the scientific evidence concerning our genetics. The reason Europeans have light skin is simply due to diet and adaptation to habitat (which is also the same reason Africans have very dark skin and so on).
There may have been Homo sapiens in Europe around 700,000 years ago but prior to that, H. sapiens was found only in Africa. H. erectus and H. neanderthalensis were already in Europe from 1.8 million years ago up to 20,000 years ago. We do know that about 45,000 years ago, H. sapiens hunter-gatherers of the second great migratory line out of Africa called M89 had migrated out of Africa to the Middle East. They were, of course, dark-skinned but 90-95% of all non-African humans are descendants of M89. This line arose from the first great migratory line out of Africa designated at M168. They were the first Caucasians although most people today would simply pronounce them to be Negroes and Semitics. Some of the peoples that comprise M89 stayed in the Middle East but others, probably following migrating herds of animals on which they depended for food and skins, journeyed across Central Asia and eventually migrated into North America from Siberia.
Based on available genetic and forensic research, science has reconstructed the face of the first Caucasoids to enter Europe.
Based on extensive genome sequencing of ancient peoples of Europe, we know there were also dark-skinned hunter-gatherers in Hungary, Luxembourg and Spain about 8500 years ago. These people would have resembled the Tutsi people of Africa. They lacked the alleles that cause skin depigmentation. These alleles are now designated as SLC24A5 and SLC45A2.
The African caucasoids still exist.
The Caucasoid race is largely dependent on genes from Asia—particularly Mongolia, Siberia and Turkestan from perhaps 30,000 years ago. These Asians would have looked like Aborigines, Melanesians or Ainu and comprised fully 2/3 of the genes of the Caucasoid race. The y-chromosome lineages in Northern and Atlantic Caucasians linked them inextricably to North and East Asians. This is haplogroup Q of genetic marker M242 which diversified into Central and Northern Europeans, Polynesians and American Indians. In Europe, there are two types (called subclades) hg Q—one from the Middle East and one found in both northern and eastern Europe and these blended together through interbreeding. Haplogroup Q originated in north and east Asia and its presence, for example, in Sweden can be explained easily because the Scandinavians have close and intimate contact with Mongoloid peoples through Inuits and the Saami people (often called Laplanders). Q is not found homogenously over Europe which also has haplogroups as the R1b and I1b subclades, for example.
About 7700 years ago, hunter-gatherers in Scandinavia did have these depigmentation alleles and so had fair skin. They also had the alleles HERC2 and OCA2 which are responsible for blonde hair and blue eyes. How they got these genes is not precisely known but they likely came from Asia. Farmers from the Near East entered Europe and bred with the darker peoples of Central and Southern Europe bringing with them the allele SLC24A5 which caused the Central and Southern Europeans to get lighter but SLC45A2 was in low supply until about 5800 years ago when it suddenly began to spread which again caused the Central and Southern Europeans to get even lighter more like the Northern European hunters.
The Laplanders or Sami as they preferred to be called are nomads of extreme northern Scandinavia. They are clearly both Caucasoid and Mongoloid as these three woman demonstrate.

About 4500 years ago, a very sizable group of herders from the Black Sea region called the Yamnaya migrated into Europe. They brought in alleles for tallness. Other alleles for tallness were already present in Central and Northern Europe about 8000 years ago but the Yamnaya allele made them even taller while alleles responsible for shortness made their way into the Mediterranean region about that same time. The Yamnaya may have also brought the first Indo-European languages.
All these early European peoples had one problem: they lacked the LCT gene and so were lactose intolerant and could not digest the sugars in milk. Ötzi the Iceman, for example, had brown hair and eyes and was lactose intolerant. Dairy consumption would have caused acute loss of bowel control which could result in death. This was a major problem for the very light-skinned, blue-eyed hunter-gathering nomads of Northern Europe. Without dairy, they suffered from vitamin D deficiency (hypovitaminosis D) which can cause bone deformation, pain, asthma and other issues and lighter skin helped them capture UV radiation from sunlight to synthesize vitamin D (melanin inhibits this synthesation). But lighter skin was not enough to prevent hypovitaminosis D as evidence shows it was still a problem. However, about 4300 years ago, genome analysis shows that lactose tolerance (the gaining of the LCT gene) was suddenly introduced into Europe and spread very quickly although exactly how this happened is a mystery but not an unsolvable one since it could have been introduced by a single person with a genetic variation.
But lactose tolerance would have spread quickly by natural selection because it alleviated hypovitaminosis D since dairy products are rich in vitamin D. This would indicate that the Europeans starting about 4300 years ago needed to keep dairy on supply at all times. Since milk is hard to keep for long periods without spoilage, they would have needed to process dairy to keep and this would have resulted in cheese and even mold doesn’t destroy the entire cheese and often even encouraged to grow on it. While cheese is found around the world, Europe is and always has been the world’s center of cheese-making and the most popular cheeses today are European—Swiss, cheddar, brie, gouda, parmesan, mozzarella, asiago, limburger, bleu, feta, Roquefort, stilton, ricotta, Cheshire, etc. Although the exact place of the origin of cheese is not known, Europe is strongly suspected of being that place. We know that cheese-making only arose, at best, less than 5000 years ago because Europeans before that could not have consumed it without incurring some terrible digestion problems.
So from science, we see that the modern white race has only been in existence for well less than 5000 years and is not from a long, ancient lineage descending from the gods or whatever other pseudoscientific beliefs the white racists may have about their phenotype. Five genes underwent natural selection processes that resulted in the modern white race a little over 4000 years ago. Even though the White Nationalists decry interbreeding, their race is a product of interbreeding. Waves of interbreeding produced the modern white person and wasn’t simply a cold climate causing light skin but genes introduced via interbreeding. Without this interbreeding, there never would have been a white race.
