Please let me know what you think of our new Bestsellers page.

And if you are a decent writer and want to help me write about 3 sentences to go at the top as a description for that page I would REALLY appreciate it. :-)

Post Re: New "Bestsellers" page has been created
Chris, I must admt having mixed feelings about the "Bestsellers" page.  The negative first: Too many readers seem to buy authors rather than books. John Grisham, Nora Roberts, Clive Cussler, ever Bill O'Reilly come to mind. But then, if I never perused the bestsellers lists, I might never have found such gems as "All the Light We Cannot See" and "The Nightingale."

As to a summary, give me a few days to think, and I will try to come up ith something. :hmm:

I agree that bestseller lists aren't always the ideal place to find your next book to read, but they are a resource of value to book lovers and I wanted to be sure to include them. We will eventually have a few dozen resource pages so perhaps we'll include one for lesser known good reads.

I like the list already made of bestsellers, which help much to locate other similar books - for inspiration, motivation, description ideas, etc - and if you are looking for some kind of "motto", my small and humble suggestion is the following:

"Do not waste time searching, we have made it easy for you"
"Sell is best, and bestsellers sells, here is the complete list you were looking for."
"Meet Bestsellers, meet yourself."

Hope it helps.

Best Regards,
