New Romantic Suspense Author from England

Hi all, I'm so pleased to have found this site. I've been looking to connect with more people about reading outside the GoodReads community.

I am a 34 year old woman from England. My hobbies are obviously writing and reading but I also love walking, movies and photography.

My favourite books to read are the classics. I love books like The Bell Jar, 1984 and Rebecca. I am trying to read more contemporary fiction at the moment.

I found BookTalk through a blog post and am very glad I did. Would love to hear from other readers who like similar books to me. Any suggestions of lesser-known classics, particularly set in the interwar period, appreciated.
