Some idiot yesterday said that its good news that the weather will be warmer throughout the year.

I almost punched him that big mouth of his.
LOL!

I hope el nino is as wet as they're predicting. What would happen if the drought continued? Would California slowly turn to desert, aided by fires? It's sort of scary.

Im a true native of southern ca. 3rd generation..born and raised a mile from Hollywood.
I have enough experience and family history to know this area is turning into a f**** desert.

My plan is to migrate north hopefully in the next 3 years.
Today it reached 90.
Totally ridiculous.

I am hating life here in LA right now.

The good news is that most of the warming so far has taken place at night. Even so, the Middle East and South Asia have broken all kinds of records for heat in the daytime. S. Cal is a picnic compared to Delhi or Baghdad.

By far, after tracking this issue closely, the most common misunderstanding among "deniers" and to a lesser extent, "luke warmers" is the difference between climate and weather.

The focus needs to be hammering away at the clarifying the confusion between the two. :(

Well, they *are* related.
