I personally recommend The Secret History of the Mongol Queens: How the Daughters of Genghis Khan Rescued his Empire by J. McIver Weatherford. What about you? What books have you read about the Mongol Empire that you recommend?

This is the only one I read. It seemed written in simple enough language for children to grasp.
