It might be because I am in Australia, but the Booktalk links to Amazon for this book only went to the paperback and not the kindle.
But when I googled the amazon kindle page it came up, and I have bought it.

I've started the practice of just linking to one of the versions of each book as opposed to linking to every version. People have learned that from the Kindle page they can easily navigate to the paperback, or vice versa. I'm saving quite a bit of time and space on BT by doing this.
