Religion does not guarantee bigotry:
Sufficient Conditions
If we say that "x is a sufficient condition for y," then we mean that if we have x, we know that y must follow. In other words, x guarantees y.

noun big·ot \ˈbi-gət\
: a person who strongly and unfairly dislikes other people, ideas, etc. : a bigoted person; especially : a person who hates or refuses to accept the members of a particular group (such as a racial or religious group)
Islam says. Kill all infidels.
Christianity says. Do not suffer a witch to live.
Seems like both groups refuse to accept the members of a particular group.
In one case infidels and in the other witches.
One must conclude that adherents of these two religions are bigots.
Gnostic Christianity has tied righteousness to equality and think that Christianity and Islam are not righteous religions as the have institutionalized homophobia and misogyny.
