It's 'Memoirs of a Geisha!

You are so correct Ms Penny. I can't keep my anal attitude from showing. I so wish I could. Have a good vacation.

It's only been five years or so since I was here.... HI! Consider this message an intent to participate. I've got to visit the library tonight (and I'm pretty sure I owe them a fair deal of money) or else dust off and charge my kindle. I've rather needed some decent discussion in my life lately. Thanks for the nudge, Chris! Hopefully I'll be around later (tonight, early next week at the latest) to properly participate. :)

The book has kind of 'lived' with me and I will be pleased to continue the discussion.

If this book is still being discussed, put me on the list. I read it last fall, but I think I can remember enough of it to participate. If not, I'll get a copy.

That will be great Cattleman. In view of current 'tensions' it might be good to discuss some issues raised in the book. Racial, political differences and their effect within families?? Do we know one another well enough to discuss such a sensitive topic ?
