Hi, I'm mr_wolf, from NYC, male (obviously), 54 years old. I'm not a native English speaker.
I read a lot of English classics, as well as contemporary American & British fiction. Some of my favorite authors are Neil Gaiman, David Foster Wallace, Henry Miller, Joyce Carol Oates, Ian McEwan, Will Self, Alan Sillitoe, Paul Bowles, Vladimir Nabokov, Ernest Hemingway, John Cheever, Ayn Rand. I love hard-boiled crime novels (classic), quality science fiction, European neo-noir. I have a taste for modernist authors, particularly post 1945. I love books and literature, to say the least. One of the reasons, actually, is my passion for English. Glad to have found this place!
