religious schools that offer religious curriculum to their student body do in fact promote "quality of output" in relation to a formal education. they are not primarily in business to "promote" as you say, a religious belief system.

I note that these religious academic institutions do in fact have a right to benefit from subsidies in the same manner as secular/public institutions. They do not exist to brainwash pupils into a jihadist worldview to take over our governing body.

Youre being discriminatory against religion here, Interbane. Not to mention unamerican.

And don't give me any separation of church and state jabber. It's a non issue here.
