Diagnosis and treatment of writer's block
In the absence of God, I found Man.
-Guillermo Del Torro
Are you pushing your own short comings on us and safely hating them from a distance?
Is this the virtue of faith? To never change your mind: especially when you should?
Young Earth Creationists take offense at the idea that we have a common heritage with other animals. Why is being the descendant of a mud golem any better?

another article from IO9's writer doctors.
Look at the bottom for more writer's links. Interesting reads, and it never hurts to hear how others have tackled their own stubborn keyboards.

Re: Diagnosis and treatment of writer's block
Karen, I have also found the tactic you mentioned to be helpful, although getting to that point can be the toughest part, at least for me. I've always said "if it doesn't exist, it can't hold me back or bring me down".....too bad it doesn't work for every one of life's problems, huh?
