Non-Believers Giving Aid - is this charity still operating?

Unread post

Non-Believers Giving Aid

I'm interested in donating money to secular charitable organizations but the one set up by Richard Dawkins doesn't appear to be operating anymore. Or maybe the link is just bad right now. Does anyone have any info about this charity?

On the post linked above the link to the charity is not working.

Looks like Richard Dawkins researched and advocates donating to Doctors without Borders and the International Red Cross. I suppose I can donate directly to those two charities. In fact that's what I'll do. But I'd love to know if any of you can find info on the Non-Believers Giving Aid charity. I could email Dawkins but not sure if he will reply.

Hi Chris; I am not familiar with Non-Believers Giving Aid; but I will check it out. As for Doctors Without Borders, I consider that a worthy charity. When my wife passwed away, I asked friends and family to (in lieu of flowers) make a contribution to the charity of their choice. Several gave to DWB. I was very pleased.

I really love the idea of having people donate to a charity instead of giving flowers.
