Oddly, I've always viewed My Space groups with a degree of scorn so I find this hilarious. Come on! It'd be brilliant if someone hacked a Christian My Space group and changed it into a Satanist group instead!

It's a bit perplexing why they won't reinstate the group if it's possible to do so though...

Don't get me wrong, I'm unhappy with the way many priests fail to prepare for sermons, I just can't really see a solution. It's easy to say that they should write better sermons, but I have no idea what such sermons would look like. Everybody wants something different. I see this in my own family wh...

Of the candidates on offer, I figure Obama is the most likely to undo some of the damage that Bush has done, if only because the alternatives aren't up to much. The Republican candidates tend to have pretty fruity ideas when it comes to foreign policy and the Clintons haven't got a great foreign pol...

Ideally, we'd do exactly that Jan but that doesn't seem to work. Rather than a sub-forum, I figure we can use this appropriately named thread for any further spats. If something is turning into a spat, someone (anyone) should direct those involved to this thread if they want to continue the board dr...

Mr. P: If this is to be believed, I am a Kucinich man! lol Me too! I don't know if that's a surprise to you (lining up with Kucinich), but I've seen Kucinich as the one most willing to tell the truth of all the candidates. I don't agree with all his positions, but I think his basic integrity is in ...

[quote]Well I did note that not everyone is a Barrie or a Baum, nor do I expect them to be. But these are well-educated men, and as Mad notes, they work for an organization that's had some centuries to develop a more solid tradition of sermonizing. As I said, I definitely get the feeling that there'...

We're talking about a country with an inspiring human rights record, a well developed democracy where all are treated equally and an aristocracy that invests heavily in organisations devoted to the defeat of militant Islamic fundamentalism. Providing military aid to countries of such stellar repute ...
