With pleasure for your views on 'The Accelerating World: Speed vs. Control' http://amzn.to/2h7zO7P

The Accelerating World: Speed vs. Control depicts the exhilerating hypergrowth of the past five decades, through anecdotes and over a hundred graphs. It covers seven fields (demography, economy, technology, data, environment, freedoms and health) and highlights key questions on the link between speed and control. A final part provides directions for thoughts for world leaders, so that they can further exchange on global mechanisms to better channel accelerating growth.
The book is useful and enjoyable to read, and that can elicit debates by asking questions about where humans are with regards to their development and what questions and proposals for thoughts may be made.
The style is anecdote oriente but at the same time factual, with data, neutral and synthetic.
