Gone Baby Gone

I just saw this movie. IMHO, it had a fantastic screenplay with a great plot. I loved that at the end of the movie the main character had to made a tough choice. My only criticism was the over-the-top cursing that added nothing to the story.

I've never even heard of this movie. Is it out in the theaters right now?

I'm starting to realize the challenge that advertisers now face with the prevalence of digital cable recorders like TIVO. My wife and I hardly ever watch commercials, which mean we don't have a clue about new movies in the theaters. TV commercials are where these new movies are typically introduced.

Chris,
Is your new avatar a bomb? Or am I missing something?

I thought that this film was amazing. I had heard good things about it but it exceeded all expectations. That closing scene was so powerful it floored me. No matter what choice the characters made, there would be no winners, that much was always clear. Well written, well acted, well directed. Love it.
