I get all tense when I watch it. Call me a sissy but I just can not watch the really scary stuff. Just freaks me out so much and I end up feeling stiff over it once it is all over.

I will read some pretty graphic non-fiction sometimes but I really don't need the visuals, my imagination takes care of that.

I use to watch a lot of horror . GLASS (2019) about a man with multi personality's and is in a IP in hospital . That was the last movie I seen in the cinema.

No definitely not. Its not a good feeling to be afaird of something like blood or gore. The last horror movie Iv watched was Glass(2019) about a pysco who has a split personality's and is based in a mental hospital.

I'm not a fan of horror films, but they seem to come in two variety. One is the slasher/torture kind of horror that I can't stomach to watch. The other is the psychological kind, I can watch the psychological kind as long as it's about the story and not the violence.
For example, I've never seen any of the SAW movies and refuse to. However, I enjoy the old Roger Corman films like The Tomb of Ligeia and The Terror.

I'm not much of a fan. Ever since I had to basically crawl out of a movie theater after watching "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" many decades ago. 
I know two women who love horror movies and watch them as comedies, they think those movies are hilarious! Ummm...kinda sick? I asked one of them if she considers comedy films as horror. "Yeah, pretty much..."
