Re: Do you keep a journal or diary?

Unread post

I have always kept a journal since I was a kid, but I have never been notorious about writing on a regular basis. I have spurts where I will write every day for a a week or every other day for a month, but then I could go a month without writing anything.____________________________________________________________________I don't write about everything. Instead, I use it as my place to vent. It is the only place that I am truly honest about all my negative thoughts.____________________________________________________________________I do this too. I tend to write only when I am angry, sad, upset, or depressed. I never write about the good things in life, but one day, when I go back to read my journal I would like to read about something that I did well so maybe I will change that.
