Thanks to you as well. I am not ashamed of the subject of mental health. We are witnessing he results of undiagnosed mental health issues every day. Talking, (or in this case, writing about it) only serves to better life.

I get an injection every 2 weeks and Im on 6 different kind of medication and im prescribed movicol and a omega 3&6 tablet .

There have been so many very successful people who were constantly at battle with their mental or emotional issues. They range from the tragic to comical to so ironic they are nearly unbelievable.

My best example of the ironic class would be Howard Hughs.

But as a psychologist friend & patron of the Library where I worked once said, "we're all crazy, it's just a matter of whether it works for us or not".
