I love going to conventions, and in particular I love visiting the artist alley and occasionally I see self-published or indie authors there selling their books. Has anyone had experience going to conventions to sell books? Was it a good experience? Are there any conventions you would recommend over others?
I live in Ontario, so I'm hoping to attend conventions in or around there. I wouldn't mind going to the States as well.
