Book discusses fresh ideas on healthcare

Obamacare repeal failed in congress and democrats around the country from Vermont to California have been clamoring for single payer system. But is single payer the solution?
I read this book titled "On the Principles of Social Gravity" that proposes some radical ideas for healthcare, criminal justice system reforms, social security etc. I think everyone should read it.
