There have been some interesting and exciting studies that show that certain activities, including talking, actually change the chemical composition of the brain. Which is apparently why the age old remedy for situational depression was for friends to drag your sorry a$$ out to the park, the movies, shopping, anything to get you moving and doing activity again. That activity changes the chemistry of the brain releasing (of fudge I can't remember...too early in the AM too little caffeine) some chemical which makes you feel better. As does chocolate. I vote for chocolate.Marti in Mexico
