Re: A U of Kentucky professor talks about teaching evolution
i've just been watching the movie "edge of tomorrow" (it's way better than you think it's going to be)
i mention this because there is a bit of dialogue between two characters in the movie
cage says "...master seargent farell, you're an american?"
farell replies "no sir, i'm from kentucky"
later cage asks "where you from in kentucky seargent?"
farell replies "little town called science hill, heard of it?"
cage says "have now"
farell asks "what about you, where you from?"
cage replies "cranberry new jersey"
farell asks "they grow a lot of cranberries there do they?"
cage replies "tomatoes, best you ever had"
farell asks "why do they call it cranberry then?"
cage replies "why do they call it science hill?"
farell says "never asked, don't care"
