A Brief History of Disbelief

Unread post

After all I said about the dear old BBC and its alleged bias against non-believers, they have just broadcast a series about the history of atheism.Website here:atheismlIt was writen and presented by Jonathan Miller, who is fairly well known on this side of the Atlantic. In the 60's he was one of four regulars in a comedy called "Beyond the Fringe" with Peter Cook, Dudley Moore and Alan Bennett. He is also a doctor of medicine and a respected theatre director. He also presented a major medical documentary series in the 70's called "The body in Question".Anyway, I don't know if there are any plans to broadcast this series in the states but it might be worth looking out for. As far as I know there isn't a book to go with it but if I find out there is one I'll let you know.
