I think this is, by far, my favourite in this anthology.

Gaimen's redux of short stories is fantastic, and this is not an exception to that rule. At all.

I thoroughly enjoy the way he completely redoes the lines here! What about everyone else?

I have not finished all of the stories yet, but this one was enjoyable to read. I always like the way that Gaiman twists the perception of who is evil and who is not. That blurring of the lines on what is good and evil is why I like reading his stuff and this Troll bridge story is no exception.

I wondered why, at the end, the narrator is so timid. He didn't seem to be a timid sort while living as a human. Why didn't he become a troll in his turn and choose someone to prey upon?
